2. Our services

Your Doctor Buddy provides scheduled, non-emergency transportation to and from medical appointments, along with personal companionship and support, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. Our services are arranged in advance and are not a substitute for emergency medical transportation, nursing care, or medical treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book our services, or have a ride arranged on your behalf by a responsible adult, guardian, or authorized representative. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when arranging services.

4. Booking, scheduling, and cancellations

Rides are arranged by phone or email and are subject to availability. When you book, please provide accurate pickup details, appointment times, and any assistance you may need. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as reasonably possible so we can serve you and other clients. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking when necessary, including for safety, weather, or availability reasons.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for our services are quoted or agreed upon in advance. You are responsible for paying the agreed amount for the services you book, under the payment terms we arrange with you. If any charges are not paid when due, we may decline future service.

6. Your responsibilities

To help us provide safe, reliable service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, pickup, and appointment information;
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location;
• Disclose any mobility, medical, or assistance needs relevant to your safe transportation;
• Treat our team with respect and behave in a safe, lawful manner; and
• Not bring any illegal or hazardous items during transport.

7. No medical services and assumption of risk

Your Doctor Buddy does not provide medical, nursing, or emergency care, and does not offer medical advice. Our role is limited to transportation and companionship. You understand that ordinary travel involves inherent risks, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume those ordinary risks. If you have a medical condition that requires professional monitoring or emergency readiness during travel, please arrange appropriate medical support. In an emergency, call 911.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to be dependable and punctual, we do not warrant that our services or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Doctor Buddy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that particular service.
